Welcome to WilhelmAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wilhelmai.com, related marketing sites, demo environments, and any services provided by WilhelmAI, Inc. ("WilhelmAI," "we," or "us"). By using our sites or requesting access to our software, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. If you create an account or request demo access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. Permitted Use

WilhelmAI provides tools to assist clinical teams with implant identification and MRI safety research. You may use the services only for legitimate business purposes, in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify any part of the services.
• Access the services to build a competitive product.
• Submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our systems.

3. Customer Responsibilities

WilhelmAI surfaces information sourced from manufacturers and other authoritative references. It is your responsibility to review output, confirm any MR conditions, and apply appropriate clinical judgment. WilhelmAI is not a substitute for your professional obligations to ensure patient safety or regulatory compliance.

4. Intellectual Property

WilhelmAI and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the services, including software, visual design, data compilations, and documentation. Except for limited rights granted under these Terms, no other rights are transferred. You may provide suggestions or feedback, which we may use without obligation to you.

5. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the services, you consent to that collection and use.

6. Third-Party Services

The services may integrate with third-party software (e.g., analytics, hosting, CRM tools). WilhelmAI is not responsible for third-party products; your use is subject to those providers' terms.

WilhelmAI's total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid to WilhelmAI (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue all or part of the services. You may stop using the services at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
